In der ganzheitlichen Zahn- und Allgemeinmedizin hat die Entgiftung einen hohen Stellenwert. In der Podcastfolge zu diesem Blogbeitrag spreche ich darüber, wie du sinnvoll und nachhaltig entgiften kannst, und wie du dafür sorgen kannst, dass sich in Zukunft gar nicht mehr so viele Gifte und Schlacken in deinem Körper ansammeln können.
Da 80 % der Gifte, die sich in deinem Körper befinden, in der Mundhöhle sind, macht es großen Sinn, dieser besondere Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen.
Das Problem ist: In der Regel spüren wir nicht, dass in unserem Mund etwas nicht stimmt oder spüren es nur sehr vage und können es gar nicht benennen. Die Symptome treten in der Regel an ganz anderen Orten auf, so dass wir diese häufig nicht in Zusammenhang mit den Zähnen bringen. Nach dem Motto: Wenn ich keine Schmerzen habe und ich nichts spüre, ist nichts da, leben leider sehr viele Menschen und verbauen sich dadurch ein schmerzfreies Leben.
Folgende Gifte befinden sich häufig in unserem Mund:
- Amalgamfüllungen
- Metalllegierungen, die Palladium oder andere Zusätze enthalten, die uns nicht gut tun.
- Füllungen aus Kunsstoff, die Zusätze enthalten, die wir nicht vertragen.
- tote Zähne
- Zahnherde
- Kieferknochenentzündungen
- Parodontitis
Obwohl es relativ einfach und auch schnell umzusetzen ist, den Mundraum zu entgiften, vernachlässigen viele diesen Bereich.
Bei der Entgiftung können wir zwischen der körperlichen und der mentalen Entgiftung unterscheiden. Beide Bereiche sind sehr wichtig.
So kannst du auf körperlicher Ebene schnell entgiften:
- Du kannst eine Fastenkur machen.
- Du kannst eine Pancha-Karma-Kur machen.
- Du kannst eine FX-Meyer-Detox-Kur machen.
- Du kannst Entgiftungstage (in der regel sind es drei.) mit Kitschari zu Hause machen. So kannst du auf körperlicher Ebene langsam und nachhaltig entgiften:
Diese Dinge empfehle ich dir im Anschluss an eine Kur, um das Ergebnis zu festigen und noch zu verbessern oder einfach so:
- Trinke am Morgen 2 – 3 Gläser “ayurvedischen Champagner”. Das ist heißes abgekochtes Wasser, welches Du gerne mit einige Scheiben Ingwer oder Zitrone würzen darfst.
- Reinige am Morgen deine Zunge.
- Führe ein bis zwei Mal in der Woche das intermittierende Fasten durch.
- Trinke täglich 2 – 3 Liter Wasser.
- Verzichte möglichst auf Weißmehlprodukte und Zucker.
- Achte auf Gifte in deiner Umgebung: Kleidung, Möbel, Wände, Fußböden und versuche, diese zu umgehen.
- Sei achtsam beim Kauf deiner Kosmetik- und Zahnkosmetik Produkte. Achte auch biologische Naturprodukte.
So kannst Du auf mentaler Ebene entgiften:
Auch auf mentaler Ebene sammeln sich allerhand Ballast und Schlacken an, die uns von innen her vergiften und krank machen können.
- Achte daher aufmerksam auf dein Umfeld.
- Welche Zeitschrifte fallen dir nahezu täglich ins Auge?
- Welche Fernsehsendungen schaust du an?
- Wie sind die Menschen in deinem Umfeld?
Suche dir Menschen, die dich aufbauen und positiv stimmen.
Durchleuchte regelmäßig deine Gedanken. Verzettele dich nicht in negativen Konstrukten und Sorgen. Lebe im hier und jetzt und schaue positiv in die Zukunft. Betreibe Gedankenhygiene. Du bestimmst, welche Gedanken sich in deinem Kopf breit machen. Denke daran: Alles fängt mit einem Gedanken an. Ein Gedanke ist solange harmlos, solange du ihm keine Energie verleihst. Energie steckst du in den Gedanken, den Du verfolgst. Dann werden aus Gedanken Pläne und Taten.
